Spring 2012 Scientometrics Projects: Project 1

to use the script: in linux/unix
[python DatafileConversion.py datafilename]

[usage of makeVecFile.py:
It needs a template file list.txt to track all of subjects. 
python MakeVecFile.py  data.txt]

[area-article.py : Feb-26  Read the pck files. generate vec files]

[productiveResearcher.py: March 2nd, Read author pck file, generate vec files.]
