1.9.0版本遇到打开新的MD文件后，但是加载的还是上一个之前打开过的MD文件
在打开的MD文件目录下，有随机字符串名称的临时文件应该，有的时候会出现，删除后即可恢复了
此问题出现频率较高，在频繁切换MD文件时，即可触发。

MiaoYan版本：1.9.0
本地环境：MacBookPro Intel 的

试试这个开发中的下一个版本的包s是否ok

目前还是存在，比较好复现，切换不同的MD文件就会出现
