Hi there,

as I already said in the title: JS Tooltips are beneath the fixed navbar in 2.0 so that you can not read them.

Kudos for the upcoming release!

This particular issue was never actually resolved.

#1109 leads to #1224 which was closed by 12d3c2f which indeed resolved the issue for modals but not navbars.

See the applicable code in master (as of Wed May 02 2012 22:26:05 GMT+1000 (EST)):

If the conclusion is not to support tooltips over navbars this should be documented.
