In the file: scss/utilities/_position.scss
Line: 26

This .sticky-top is causing styling to break on IOS9 only.

What exactly is happening is that the browser will not recognise any styles after this rule.

.sticky-top is removed, leaving the wrong css code, if you use only the scss compiler
