Hey Mark, there is one part that I appreciated about the old documentation, which is that it was easy to navigate to sections in the document. For example, I could click a link at the top of the page to get to the 'tables' section. This functionality seems to be missing in the 2.0 docs. Maybe make the relevant bits of "The core typography, form, and table styles of Bootstrap" clickable?

@lookfirst We'll add something back to that soon enough, just not at the top of the priority list. Thanks for pointing it out though—helps reaffirm that we need it back.
