Properly functioning with 5.1.23

Create the plugins/tiddlyweb-sse folder in your datafolder and copy in either the plugin.info bundle in the downloads below or the contents of the dist folder from the source code zip. You don't need to specify it in the tiddlywiki.info file since tiddlywiki automatically looks for the plugins folder.

This version uses a wiki change event listener and sets the syncer poll to 10 hours to stop the constant polling, making it compatible with 5.1.23 and most likely prior versions as well.
