Timeout on enable two-factor authentication #5

The enable-two-factor page times out on form submit with the following error:

HTTPClient::ConnectTimeoutError in Devise::DeviseAuthyController#POST_enable_authy
execution expired

It turns out that if I remove the Authy.api_uri = 'https://api.authy.com/' line from Authy.rb, it works.
