Bottom speakers does not work #3
Comments
Did you ever figure this out? I have a Yoga C930, too, and this bug is annoying. I read that it's possible to fix this with hda-jack-retask, but I haven't had any luck yet. Also, are you having the issue with suspend/sleep draining your battery at about 3% per hour? |
@JonathanReeve I still have the issue with the speaker, but I did fix the issue with battery drain. You need to create a swap partition and modify your Kernel parameters to include The kernel parameters can be found in the root README.md and the hibernate support script can be found in scripts/hibernate-support.sh |
Thanks for this! I'd been hesitating to play around with
hibernation,
because I assumed it'd be slow, but that's really good to know. If
you
ever figure out the speaker issue, drop a note here!

The speakers on the sound bar "work", but the speakers at the bottom do not work at all, which makes the overall sound experience underwhelming.
