Hi @transsi
Please try to use a different file explorer.
I recommend mixPlorer file explorer from the xda forum.
Or try anything else from play. Store :)

If that doesent help, please provide screenshots, i need to see the path and available folders

If you are using the (pretty bad) samsung file explorer change the view from essential to all

First of all, thank you!!!!!!! I'm not a very techy person so all of this is very alien to me. But, similar to the person above, I couldn't find the folder that matches your description even after using other file explorers on Play Store. The phone I use is One Plus Nord. Someone suggested I create a folder called "xdrip" in the internal storage and then move all the data I could find related to it in that folder and add the watch face folder but it's still not working. The watch I use is an Amazfit Bit U. My watch is giving me alarms when out of range. I'm just trying to add a custom watch face and see the graph/number constantly. Any suggestions? Help? You are greatly appreciated!!!!

@Shubhi2029
hi,

first of all thank you!
As i asked the person above, please send a screenshot of the folders i mentioned in my post.

But, your watch is not supported (at least as i know) so this wouldnt work anyways. I couldnt find artem (bigdigital) mention this watch anywhere.

So you need one of these watches/bands:

I dont rrecommend:
MiBand 2
MiBand 3
Amazfit GTR 47mm
Amazfit GTR 42mm

Recommended:
MiBand 4
MiBand 5
MiBand 6
Amazfit GTR2
Amazfit GTR2e
Amazfit GTS2
Amazfit GTS2e
Amazfit GTS2 Mini
Amazfit Band5
Amazfit Bip
Amazfit Bip Lite
Amazfit Bip S
Amazfit Bip S Lite

No it is not there. After ringtones, the last folder is 'speedsoftware' I also checked in another phone (Galaxy) also with android 13 and it is not there in internal storage root directory

The point is where is the xDrip folder in my phone? What does it have to do with watchdrip?

@hpcolus hmm im sorry i have no idea why there is no folder. Only thing I can think of is using the file explorer and search the hole phone for an xdrip folder.
or try to create one by yourself and try it that way.

One tip: please try to answer in 1 message not 3 :)

Hi @TOMS-K its pretty hard to understand your problem. Try deepl.com to translate your question into english.

Please follow this guide to install a new watchface. https://github.com/twinko/xdrip-watchface-collection#how-to-install-a-custom-watchface
