[REQUEST] Implement media (photos and videos) downloader

Please provide the exact command ran including the username/search/code so I may reproduce the issue.

Description of Issue

Download media (photos and videos) only by keywords filter to specific folder with naming format (username/media_ids).
Pretty much like this: https://github.com/shichao-an/twitter-photos
with --increment command option.

So, I found https://github.com/soimort/you-get which support downloading both photos and videos (and the script is regularly upated too) but I don't know how to hook it together in phyton terminal. Will you finish the feature for your own script or add wrapper function for you-get?

Any updates on this? Philip added media_downloader.py to twint-utils but I'm not sure how to use it.
