This is the configuration for twistedmatrix.com's mailman instalation.

It is adminstered using braid[1].

It isn't directly installed, rather it uses the ubuntu's stock installation of
mailman.

install - Install mailman and update configuration.
dump:<dump-file> - Dump mailing lists and archives
restore:<dump-file> - Restore mailing lists and archives.
start - Start server.
stop - Stop server
restart - Restart server.
