Seems like there is no possibility to connect to a replica set, I mean like this: http://api.mongodb.org/python/1.9%2B/examples/replica_set.html#id1 Am I right?

Is it possible to still connect and use the primary/master in a replicaset and ignore trying to use the slaves?
It easy enough to use haproxy to figure out which one is the master and have all connections be directed to that.
