Should we rename these events?
ShieldModeBanTermAddedEvent -> ShieldModeBannedTermAddedEvent
ShieldModeBanTermRemovedEvent -> ShieldModeBannedTermRemovedEvent
ShieldModeStatusUpdateEvent -> ShieldModeStatusUpdatedEvent
ShieldModeSettingsUpdateEvent -> ShieldModeSettingsUpdatedEvent
