Age Rating

rinrin1513 edited this page Aug 26, 2022 · 27 revisions

Age ratings are a way to ensure that entertainment content, such as games, and mobile apps, are clearly labeled with a minimum age recommendation based on the content. There are numerous organizations that rate games in various regions.

Please note that we only accept official ratings. This means that the rating must come from one of the sources listed below and should not be decided by a development studio or publisher. If no other rating exists, we will accept IARC (International Age Rating Coalition). If a game has received multiple ratings, we will go with ESRB (and other ratings such as PEGI/CERO, etc.) over IARC, even if the rating were to differ.
