Cloud login screen button section pushed to left side

On the cloud login screen the button section at the bottom is sometimes pushed to the left side instead of going completely across the bottom of the screen. This happens after clicking the "Back to XCreds" button from the regular macOS window but may happen in other scenarios also. This is fixed after clicking the Refresh button from the XCreds bottom button section.

All buttons in this section continue to work ok.
