I was not able to correctly send SIGINT signal to R process in Windows.
kill -INT pid does nothing
kill -f INT pid completely stops R process
through python: os(pid, signal.SIGINT) also stops R process.

I've asked question in RServe repo here: s-u/Rserve#52
Will wait for reply.
