Expect the warning for files changed outside the editor

At least add a button to reload files. And so far the right-click menu is useless. When I open more than one tags, I cannot get the path of each file.

Currently there is no warning if files are changed outside of the editor. Because writting a daemon to monitor the file system is very hard.

You can click the refresh button of the browser to reload things. (Or you can close the tab and reopen it to refresh).

Mouse over the tab and you will see the path of the file being opened from the tooltip.

I have to confess that we can make it better. And we are going to make it better!
