Note: I've pre-built some binaries for this release. I've tested mac_arm64 and windows_amd64, but I haven't tested mac_amd64 or linux_amd64 myself.

v0.2-beta

I'm making the arbitrary decision to call this "beta" instead of "alpha" now.
The main reason for this is the new support for running arbitrary commands and checking their exit codes.
Since that technically means this is "extensible" and "can check anything about a local dev environment," I'm graduating this to beta.
