Overview

I have tried to replicate the dependabot settings :

• ignoring cypress updates and
• getting updates for the managers npm and github-actions only.
• Wasn't sure about the value for stabilityDays therefor used the one as in this suggested PR.
• Added labels. By default Renovate doesn't add language as labels so I added javascript to the labels array only.
