configurable messages

It would being able to config custom messages like the one printed on failing. This would allow hiding that (add --no-verify to bypass) at line https://github.com/typicode/husky/blob/master/src/index.js#L98 or even adding more help. What do you think?

Closing as it's an old issue. That said, interesting, maybe at some point but no plan right now.
