Display "Help" command also when ./typo3cms is called without help parameter.
Ehe output of blank ./typo3cms without parameters is rather sparse - makes it easier to reach Help listing.

While I generally like the idea, the code for that is part of TYPO3. Although I changed quite some things to work better than the core, I would refrain from changing that thing. In the end it is not much more to type :)
