print detail when mouse over

I'd like to print detail of the item when mouse is over that item on the map.
The details would be user defined and stored in a file.

Hello Marc! I appreciate your enthusiasm. But, I think that your questions are not really related to overpass-turbo.eu, which this issue tracker is all about. Or am I overlooking something here?
I'd recommend to ask these questions on a more general discussion platform like help.openstreetmap.org, the forums or one of OSM's mailing lists.
