Are there any JavaScript errors occurring on the page? I have seen this happen before on other tabbed Magento form widgets and this has been a cause for me in the past.

PHP Fatal errors can also be the cause this, if it prevents necessary JavaScript from being added to the DOM.

Hello, good morning my friend

View as images that are not displayed javascript errors or server error

I think it's something about the Magento version

I installed the module in version 1.7.0.2 and could use the UMC module

Buenas,

I don't see anything unusual in this image: http://i.imgur.com/8rqHJyJ.png
Those messages regarding "local.xml" are normal an in fact a good sign.

Glad to see you have it working on 1.7.0.2. Not sure why it is not working on 1.9 though, I myself am using it on 1.9.2.4 and it is working just fine.

Maybe something has happened incorrectly during the installation process? I have never used composer to install UMC. Instead I have always downloaded the .zip file from github, and extracted it, and then copied the "app", "js", and "skin" directories into Magento's root folder.

Guys,

I've seen this issue occasionally when I saved the UMC module and opened it again after clearing cache.

Sadly I don't have more details as I just started over if it occurred, not the best solution 🎱 but I got around the issue.

I recently bumped into this issue as well and I was able to fix this by enabling symlinks in System > Configuration > Developer > Template Settings > Allow Symlinks.
