Modelling multi-dimensional and misaligned time-varying contours

This repository contains didactic material on Functional PCA, Landmark Registration and Generalised Additive Models (GAMs).

Installation and prerequisites

Scripts are found in the scripts/ folder. They require the following packages:

• for FPCA and landmark registration: fda, funData, MFPCA, landmarkregUtils
• for GAMs: mgcv, itsadug

The package landmarkregUtils is available on GitHub here.
