As per Linnea: Having some trouble with characters & ‘ and “ in the tapestry sub-thread titles—showing up as & / " / '

We need to get this fixed so that it shows correctly. We do need to make sure it doesn't impact security (for example code injection, etc.)

Would it be possible to get a screenshot of exactly what is happening? I'm getting this instead of what is described:
