Status of Python support unclear

#445 indicates that Python 3.10 + 3.11 is broken. If this is still the case you should clearly mention this in the docs as both interpreters are available. If they can be used you should update the docs accordingly.

You should fix the link to supported Python versions, too. It is now: https://devguide.python.org/versions/

Additionally, the official status of Python 3.7-3.9 is now security only. I guess this applies for Uberspace as well.
