Dash to Dock: doesn't remain on primary display

This looks to be an upstream display-handling bug, which has several related issues filed:

• Randomly on a wrong monitor when waking from sleep. micheleg/dash-to-dock#1958
• Feature Request: Add option to show dock always on the main display micheleg/dash-to-dock#2009
• when shutdown primary monitor switch to second monitor micheleg/dash-to-dock#1906
• Dash to dock switching to a different screen when a (unused) screen is disconnected. micheleg/dash-to-dock#1598

My guess is that this is not as obvious of a bug in Ubuntu if they show the dock on all displays? So:

• We should show the dock on all displays, OR
• We should fix the upstream bug 😄
