By default, Nextcloud doesn't allow access to an OnlyOffice DocumentServer that's configured at a local address.

To permit that, we could set:

'allow_local_remote_servers'=>true

in the config file. But that might be a bit aggressive, given that there's a reason for that setting. Can we somehow sidestep that all by allowing OnlyOffice access to the same domain/IP as Nextcloud in all cases?
