I rolled back to stable. I notice that now i have much more application logs in logviewer than i had before, webbrowser's log to..

This is the log from the stable channel.. It looks similar: http://paste.ubuntu.com/25570984/

Also my log after rolback to stable1 http://paste.ubuntu.com/25572305/

bjm39 commented Sep 19, 2017

the problem also exists for E4.5 channel devel consequence: unable to configure the phone

@Flohack74 Flohack74 changed the title from [blocker-stable] webbrowser-app crashes without logfile in current RC to Webbrowser-app crashes without logfile in current RC Sep 19, 2017

Yes we will roll-back the browser update in order to not block OTA-2 any longer. Unfortunately this again delays OTA-2

Owner

NeoTheThird commented Sep 20, 2017

The browser should be rolled back. Can someone confirm the issue is no longer present in the latest devel and rc?
