Switch to key backend based on the DISPLAY variable #48

When we're running on the unity8-session snap the systemd user session is run based on the user instance, not based on the graphical desktop. And this is what applications get their environment from. They do get a DISPLAY variable if they've requested a "unity7" or "x11" interface though, so we can key the backend based on that.

That sounds a way more reliable way to detect backend then, and thus, which QPA to load then!
