Adding [Delete] [Reply] in each mail detail GUI.

Suggestion: When user open a mail. [Move this email to trash box] This comes up after the mail is read but user had to open mail again to get this option.

I think it would work better if you can add [Delete] [Reply] for each mail when user open the mail.
That way user can already delete the mail or reply from there.
