Running Uceasy

Once you have Phyluce & Uceasy installed you should never forget to activate Phyluce enviroment before run Uceasy.

activate phyluce enviroment
call uceasy
have fun 🎉

conda activate phyluce

uceasy -h

this command will display all commands you can use on uceasy

⚠️ We would recommend installing Phyluce 1.6.7 since we did not test uceasy with Phyluce 1.7
