Cool. So what's the plan for chapter 9, moved to 09_old? |

The plan is to incorporate that material into one of the other chapters so I didn't want to get rid of it yet, but eventually we will delete those files. We will be working on reincorporating that over the next week or so |

This PR is based on the conversations we had in our meeting last week. Dan wanted placeholder chapters before providing the link to students. I also reordered chapters based on the discussion we had last week.
