Currently, Attachment Converter has boilerplate left over from project skeleton-generating code that we don't even use anymore. Oops. This project is supposed to be licensed under CC BY-SA 4.0, not copyrighted to me.

For this issue:

  • update the licensing info in the comments of all the source files
  • update the year in the comments of all the source files
  • add a LICENSE file
