For example for the three variants below, variant 2 is from donor TX and variant 3 is from accepter and they both are 254:255 A -> T so brute force gets confused.

  1. FUSION-FAKET00000360:91-FAKET00000991:386
  2. FAKEG00000360-389-A-T
  3. FAKEG00000991-394-A-T
