Force staff (/students?) to create an answer, not choose an answer

A number of questions ask "which of these answers is correct" about Sage commands. This is fine as a scaffold question (i.e., for helping them learn the possibilities), but doesn't actually evaluate their true ability to sit at a Discord window and enter commands. Instead, it should really be a short answer question. It's a somewhat harder question to ask (and much harder to autograde, if there are multiple answers), but it's possible:

Write the Discord message that would tell sage to add the hw1 assignment for the 210 course?
