Size of Submit button on homepage

The size of the submit button in the contact section of homepage looks inappropriate. It should be small and centre aligned or aligned to the right under the feedback input.

Why don't we make icons as Placeholder and (First name and stuffs) as Title for input boxes, So that Input box will look clean and well shaped, and ofcourse, size reduced.
