Multiple lines into single code block

The default editor behavior seems to be to turn multiple selected lines into individual code blocks. Is there a way to configure the editor such that multiple selected lines are converted into a single code block?

The deserializer should be customized, using the deserialize option

What exactly would that look like? I thought this PR might be useful but it seems like things are not done that way anymore.

Sorry I misread, we should use wrapNodes instead of setNodes in CodeBlockPlugin.onKeyDown

Ended up creating a new tree-normalizing plugin that merges consecutive code blocks. Maybe people prefer the current behavior.
