In the module 1.. community assessment is well thought of , that's really nice . You would consider elaborating that finhub isn't a software development club , but a hub , with multiple programs. You would also further elaborate how you would you conduct the elections and why is that better , than appointing and training. In addition to that you would consider explaining in detail , how you would conduct the handover sessions.

In module 2 inclusion analysis , as a leader in your community how would you overcome the challenges you stated , to curb financial needs and personal needs stated or help them cope with it.

module 3 workshop , is great I like it . Consider having a mix of the feedbacks to ensure maximum impact of the feedback.

module 4 talk proposal the choice of topic is great. would be amazing if your abstract , would have a great hook up a story or thought provoking question to capture the mind of audience from the start.

module 5 hackathon-design would be great , if your hackathon was specific to a particular field , as first you would need to identify the pain in the community that the hackathon will alleviate. Would consider including games and other fun social activities to make it less boring and engaging. Note that hackathons can be a good place for students to bond , it's not all about coding and winning the hackathon , It's more about learning in engaging and having fun.

module 6 program design , I commend the program design to be great. Would be great if you will detailed program design is a process that requires intensive thinking and detailing to ensure it serves the purpose . The ability to manage the resources including time , people and tools to ensure it's a success , Further more stressing on detailing it, so as even if you leave the post , another person can implement it.

Well, I know one of the GitHub campus experts, and I Believe, by providing him with enough details of the event, He could be of help with assisting in making Git Hub be one of the partners of the hackathon.
