Add ScanForNicks Command

NEW -
/scanfornicks - This command scans all the players in your lobby to check if they're nicked. It is limited to 20 (togglable) and is recommended to scan when a game is about to start. (or else it could scan npcs)

CHANGE -
The old FileReader Config has been removed and replaced with OneConfig. You can turn on and off features by pressing R-SHIFT and doing it in OneConfig instead of commands. #42
Requests to Minecraft's Api have been optimized a bit.

Updates to the Big Hypixel API Rework

REMOVE -
NickAlertHypixelApi is removed due to Hypixel outlawing the usage of this. (NickAlert will still function though, i tested it)
Auto setting the API key is removed as it doesn't exist anymore.

CHANGE -
The codebase is now a bit more cleaner.
Some unused Crowdin strings have been removed.
Guild API and Rank API is currently unavailable as i don't have a production key yet. This will change later.

Remove Friend Tools & bug fixes

REMOVE -
/fcheck has been removed due to hypixel removing the friends api :(
PartyGuessFriends has been removed too cause of this

CHANGE -
NickAlertHypixelAPI has been fixed?? idk (report issues if it's not working)
ReplayMod is now compatible with Hytools. (#26 fixed by @EmeraldWither ty)

New Commands to Manually Set API Key

NEW -
/hytools setApiKey - Sets the api key manually
/hytools autoFetchAPIKey (on, off) - option to turn off getting the api key automatically (for more mod compatibility)

Tools Now Show Rank Colors + Code Optimizations

CHANGE -
PartyGuess, NickAlert, and FCheck now color usernames based on their ranks. (suggested by PolaBairz on hypixel forums) The code has also been optimized.

Command That Checks For A Player's Friend

A new command that checks if a player is friends with another player. (suggested by PolaBairz on hypixel forums)

Fix NickAlert Triggering on Obfuscated Messages

CHANGE -
NickAlert and other tools in Hytools shouldn't be able to trigger on obfuscated join messages.

Add Duels Support to NickAlert

Removed GameRestyle and Add Hytillites Support

Bug fix of other players being able to trigger PartyGuess and NickAlert.
