This patch works for newly created databases. I have to find way for patching our existing database - due to existing references from treebanks. |

Better grouping of languages, larger inventory of languages. All languages that have ISO 639-1 two-letter code should now be included, plus some other languages, especially those that are covered in Universal Dependencies.
