Pull project information from GitHub

We should keep the current projects updated and have the website pull information from it. It needs to display the active projects in a similar way to the reference, and be responsive on both desktop and mobile devices. It should include

• Project picture (if available)
• Title
• Project lead
• Description
• Collaborators
• Links to the code and other sites (if available)

Should have sections for active and inactive projects.

Updating this to just be pulling the project info from GitHub

Here are some resources for pulling content from GitHub I've found after doing some research.

• Official API - Seems to be kinda annoying by only serving encoded data
  • Possible Example of API
• Unofficial Service - This seems like a good alternative if we can't get the official API to play nice
  • Other Unofficial Service - If we need another option
• Reading a JavaScript file from another site - I would recommend looking for other examples too
