First release of 'weather-on-kindle4nt'

This is the first release of 'weather-on-kindle4nt'.
On the left side the forecast for Copenhagen in Danish and on the right side the forecast for Berlin/Germany in Russian.
Other possible languages are Czech, Danish, English, German, Turkish.

It works now for months without any issues.

The smaller visible extensions are

• day of the year (281)
• sun rise (7.19)
• sun set (18.27)
• day length (11:08h)
• day length difference to the day before (-3min)
• internationalization
• a status line at the bottom

and here the invisible extensions :

• The original function as an ebook reader remains
• Doesn't require any crontab usage
• Instead writing onto the internal SD card, the download is written in the '/tmp' directory which is a temporary filesystem(32M)
• Caches the last successfully downloaded weather file until it expires at 24:00 (So you can take away your 'weather station' in the pub and show it all your friends.)
