CONTRIBUTORS: add the CONTRIBUTORS.md file

The Open Game Cheating Association is a fail. So move the info
about contributors to the ugtrain project. Also extend it with
recent contributions and rework it. Not all contributions happen
on GitHub. This is why this file is required.
