A napari plugin for the interactive manipulation of spline-interpolation based geometrical models.
This napari plugin was generated with Cookiecutter using @napari's cookiecutter-napari-plugin template. It facilitates the manual editing of instance masks obtained with your favourite segmentation method, and of curves predicted by SplineDist.
You can install napari-splineit via pip:
pip install napari-splineit
To install latest development version :
pip install git+https://github.com/uhlmanngroup/napari-splineit.git
You can also find this plugin on the napari hub.
Contributions are very welcome. Tests can be run with tox, please ensure the coverage at least stays the same before you submit a pull request.
