An Abam user is authorized to perform certain functions through the use of Liferay regular roles. This article explains the roles and their use.
Employee that by default is given the following permissions for the Abam Employee portlet:
- View all assignments
- View information about external examiner
- Postpone submission date for theses
Employee that by default is given permission to assign assignments.
Employee that by default is given permission to view their own students assignments. For employees that are not scientific employees.
Employee that by default is given the following permissions for the Abam Employee portlet:
- Create assignments
- Edit their own assignments
- Add external examiner information to theses
- View their own students theses
- View all assignments
Employee that by default is given permission to do everything in the Employee portlet. Is also allowed to administer which users belong to which roles, and which permissions a role should have.
There is no regular role for students.
