Whenever files are transferred from a directory, an archive file is created in the directory (if it did not exist before)

The file is named .ditto_archived

Files with this name are excluded from the file transfer processes

Tested on commit 71c6ad2.
Archive files are created/updated in all file directories where files were transferred. ✔️
These are called .ditto_archived ✔️
.ditto_archived files do not get transferred by the file transfer processes ✔️
