Setting Template File Path Requires Restart

FWIW, I changed my path to the .ltg file in the ReSharper settings, and the path did not take within the editor until I restarted Visual Studio. This is a little different from the rest of ReSharper it seems where saving the options will usually update the IDE immediately with the new settings.
