Los atributos definidos en el preámbulo no se sustituyen correctamente en el documento. Parece que se pierden.
Relacionado con: owenh000/asciidoctor-multipage#23

Hemos dado con un workaround. La solución definitiva dependen de asciidoctor-multipage
