Import data dialog does not pick modified names of datasets

Describe the bug
The import dialog does not pick up changes to dataset names.

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Create a map and a dataset
2. Import a file into that dataset
3. Rename the dataset
4. Open the Import panel
5. The list of dataset names to import into shows the old dataset nale

Expected behavior
The updated named should be displayed instead.
